Francization and preparation for the TEFAQ exam​​

Our Personalized Corporate Francization Program is designed

  • to help international employees and newly recruited talents prepare for the Frenchproficiency tests for Quebec immigration, known as TEFAQ (for Quebec) and TEF (for Canada).


The TEFAQ and TEF exams are French proficiency tests recognized by the Ministère de l’Immigration de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI) for the CSQ (Certificat de sélection du Québec) and by the CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada) for federal immigration applications and in the citizenship application process.

A quick description of the TEFAQ exam

French for immigration

The TEFAQ exam comprises 2 or 4 modular tests, depending on your immigration path:

oral comprehension (listening)

oral expression (speaking)

written comprehension (reading)

written expression (writing)

Oral comprehension
  • Objective: Test comprehension of spoken French by listening to audio recordings
  • Content: 4 sections – 40 questions
  • Test duration: 40 minutes
  • Format: Multiple-choice questionnaire
  • Objective: Test the ability to communicate orally with another person
  • Content: 2 sections – 15 minutes

Section A: a 5-minute formal conversation to obtain information

Section B: a 10-minute friendly conversation to convince a friend

  • Objective: Evaluate skills in reading and understanding written
  • Content: 4 sections – 40 questions
  • Test duration: 1 hour
  • Format: Multiple-choice questionnaire
  • Objective: Assess your ability to express yourself inwritten French
  • Content: 2 sections – 1 hour

Section A: write the next part of an article (80 words)

Section B: formulate and justify a point of view (200 words)

Step by step program

The preparation for TEFAQ course is a 1 to 2-year program designed to welcome complete beginners. The participants will progress from one level to the next until they reach the required level B2. This virtual course is offered twice a week and is adapted to participants' work schedules.

The goal of this program is to strengthen the presence of the French language in Quebec. The course will also prepare professionals to pass their TEFAQ exams.

Private or group sessions

A private or group language course will be provided depending on the specific needs of the participants, their level, and their schedule.

2 hours / 2 times a week

The program consists of 4 hours of classes per week, offering consistent and manageable sessions to steadily build language proficiency in French.

Offered online and onsite

This language class is also offered online, allowing you to participate in sessions from any location. Ideal for companies operating in hybrid mode.

6-week sessions (24 hrs)

Several 6-week, 24-hour sessions offer an intensive, focused learning experience, with structured courses, as part of a 2-year learning path.

Step by step program

The "Preparation for TEFAQ" course is a 1 to 2-year program designed for levels A0 (complete beginners) to B2 (TEFAQ required level).
